Sophrology is much more than just a method to help stressed employees. It can help to:
improve team building and relationships between colleagues
adapt to changes in the workplace
help with decision making
time management and prioritizing tasks
preparation/ training for speaking in public (making presentations, taking part in meetings)
These sessions can take place during the working day and typically last between 60 and 75 minutes. Participants leave the session with a sense of well-being and are given quick and simple exercises which can be done at the workplace (during the working day) These sessions can be conducted in French or English.
