Workplace session

Sophrology is much more than just a method to help stressed employees. It can help to:

  • improve team building and relationships between colleagues

  • improve creativity

  • adapt to changes in the workplace

  • help with decision making

  • time management and prioritizing tasks

  • preparation/ training for speaking in public (making presentations, taking part in meetings)

  • improve concentration

 

These sessions can take place during the working day and typically last between 60 and 75 minutes. Participants leave the session with a sense of well-being and are given quick and simple exercises which can be done at the workplace (during the working day) These sessions can be conducted in French or English.
