These are small groups of between 5 and 8 people. These sessions are a moment of sharing, well-being and positivity during which you will learn simple techniques to deal with stress, sleep better and generally appreciate and enjoy life more. They can take place during the day or evenings.
The group sessions are held in a block of 10 sessions at a cost of 150€ (15€/session) that take place over one term. Possibility of enrolling for one year of sessions at a reduced price.
